1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the TailorKonnect application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

TailorKonnect is a digital shop management application designed for tailors in Pakistan. The app provides customer management, measurement storage, order tracking, invoice generation, and WhatsApp notification features. The service offers a free tier with up to 25 customers, and a paid Pro plan for unlimited access.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and OTP codes.
You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have parental consent.

4. Cost of Service

TailorKonnect offers two plans: a Free plan (up to 25 customers with unlimited orders, measurements, analytics, portfolio, WhatsApp notifications, voice notes, cloud backup, and bilingual support) and a Pro plan for a one-time payment of Rs. 500 — lifetime access (unlimited customers, data export in CSV, and shop branding with custom logo, brand color, and tagline). No credit card is required for the Free plan. The Pro plan is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application
Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the service
Use the app to store or transmit content that violates any applicable laws
Resell or redistribute the service without written permission

6. Data Ownership

All business data you enter into TailorKonnect (customer information, measurements, orders, invoices) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your data. You may export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for cloud services. The app works offline for core features (viewing customers, measurements, and creating orders). We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

TailorKonnect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, whether on the Free or Pro plan.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export your data.
