Refund Policy for Pro Plan

TailorKonnect's Free plan has no charges — so there is nothing to refund. The free plan includes up to 25 customers with full access to unlimited orders, measurements, analytics, portfolio, WhatsApp notifications, voice notes, cloud backup, and bilingual support.

For Pro plan purchases (Rs. 500 one-time lifetime payment): if you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support team via WhatsApp. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Since the Pro plan is a one-time lifetime purchase, no cancellation is needed — once purchased, you have access forever.
