How do I create a new customer?
Tap the "+" button on the Customers tab, fill in the name and phone number, and tap Save. You can add measurements right away or later.
How do I add measurements for a customer?
Open a customer profile, tap "Measurements", then tap "Add New". Choose a label (Self, Wife, Son, etc.) and enter the measurements. They're saved automatically.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes! TailorKonnect works fully offline. All your data syncs to the cloud automatically when you reconnect to the internet.
How do I generate an invoice?
Go to the order details page and tap "Generate Invoice". A professional PDF invoice is created instantly. You can share it via WhatsApp or print it.
How do I switch between Urdu and English?
Go to Settings > Language and select your preferred language. The app fully supports both English and Urdu with RTL layout.
Is TailorKonnect free to use?
Yes, TailorKonnect is completely free with no paid plans or subscriptions. You get unlimited customers, unlimited orders, unlimited measurements, revenue analytics, portfolio showcase, WhatsApp notifications, push notifications, invoice generation, data export (CSV), voice notes, cloud backup, delivery calendar, order tracking links, dark mode, and full Urdu & English support — all at no cost.
How do I send WhatsApp notifications to customers?
When you update an order status, you'll see a "Send WhatsApp Update" button. Tap it to send a pre-formatted message directly to your customer.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted and backed up to the cloud. Even if you lose your phone, sign in on a new device and all your data will be restored.
